  • After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property.

  • The condo is located on the top floor and requires climbing one and a half flights of stairs to reach the front door.

Parking Information

  • Parking: Open lot with 2 parking passes available for guests of this unit.
  • Trailers, RVs, and campers are prohibited.
  • Additional parking may be available during lower occupancy periods, seasonally, or nearby. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • Roads to this property are maintained. When traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive and tires with good tread are recommended.
